As an Assembly Fitter within our maintenance, repair and overhaul team, you will play a key role in assembling and testing A320 single aisle family landing gears. You will work as part of a team to complete the required quantity of shipsets per week to meet our customers expectations, delivering a product in line with quality, cost, and delivery.

Job Requirements:

What do I need to succeed in the role?

•\tEngineering Apprenticeship or equivalent ideally gained within Aerospace or Automotive
•\tKnowledge of working with and assembling aircraft Landing Gears
•\tExperience in reading component maintenance manuals, drawings, engineering layouts and additions to the original design such as Service Bulletins, Service Letters and Airworthiness Directives
•\tAbility to use a wide range of precision measuring and test equipment
•\tHave an understanding of basic electrical circuitry for fitment and test of harness/switches
•\tStrong computer and mathematical skills
•\tArticulate with a high level of dexterity, integrity and excellent team working ethic
•\tA self-starter with the ability to self-manage and work with initiative in a conscientious manner
