Job Title: Aircraft MechanicJob Description
Join our team as an Aircraft Mechanic specializing in heavy maintenance on ERJ 145s and CRJ 200s. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of ERJ 135 and 145 aircraft, including their engines and components, following all specifications. This role also involves documenting maintenance procedures, ensuring the safety and operational effectiveness of all aircraft systems, and performing both scheduled and non-scheduled inspections, maintenance, repair, and alterations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct heavy maintenance on ERJ 145s and CRJ 200s.
- Maintain and repair aircraft, aircraft engines, and components according to specifications.
- Document maintenance procedures including component damage and origin.
- Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
- Perform daily scheduled and non-scheduled inspections, maintenance, repair, and alterations of aircraft.
- Troubleshoot and effectively resolve issues with defective aircraft systems and components.
Essential Skills- A&P license or equivalent experience.
- Experience with aircraft maintenance, particularly heavy maintenance on ERJ-135 and ERJ 145 aircraft.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Previous experience on ERJ and CRJ airframes is preferred.
- Experience with c-checks, heavy maintenance, and jet aircraft is advantageous.
- Candidates with good work history but no license will be considered.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
