Job Requirements:
Education & Experience
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant license.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Part 135 /145 turbine powered aircraft operations
- In some cases, an entry level Technician may be waived on experience and 1 of 2 Mechanics certificates with the agreement that they will attain their second certification within 1 year of hire.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to read and understand all company manuals, Federal Aviation Regulations, Operations Specifications, aircraft flight/maintenance manuals.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Scheduling flexibility to work overtime given the unpredictable nature of a constantly changing flight schedule and unscheduled maintenance demands
- The ability to occasionally travel to off-site maintenance events and provide oversight of company aircraft, as well as scheduled maintenance events at repair facilities.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
- Ability to successfully pass a background screening
- A valid Driver’s License
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Constant physical activity including bending, reaching and with prolonged periods of sitting in aircraft cockpits.
- Ability to occasionally lift 50 pounds vertically through 4 feet and maneuver that load at arm’s length.
- The ability to work from ladders and other equipment for extended periods.
- The ability to work while kneeling for an extended period of time.
- The ability to work on exposed aircraft parking ramp with rain and winds.
