The Role
Our Aircraft Composite Technicians inspect, maintain, and repair aircraft structural components and ensure their safety, reliability, and airworthiness.
Responsibilities
- Production, maintenance, and repair of composite structures components on aircraft.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance on composite structural components, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other maintenance engineers, technicians, and specialists to troubleshoot structural issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain accurate records for all maintenance, repair, and modification activities, in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Initiate quality, non-conformance, or defect reporting relating to maintenance or faults as they arise.
- Promote and adhere to safety protocols and practices in all maintenance activities.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all tasks and compliance with procedural standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to WHS guidelines.
- Adhere to all aviation rules and regulations, always maintaining the highest level of safety and professionalism.
