Qualifications
- 7+ years utilizing computer applications (internet navigation, email, Microsoft Office, and specialized tools).
- 7+ years interpreting detailed instructions, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- 7+ years in advanced manufacturing or technical/mechanical environments working with hand, power, and pneumatic tools.
- 7+ years applying chemical solvents, sealants, primers, adhesives, coatings, paints, and special finishes.
- Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift based on business needs.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in confined spaces (training/certification required).
- Lift/carry up to 35 lbs.
- Perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, reaching overhead, twisting at the waist, and standing for extended periods.
- Work on ladders, scaffolding, poles, and inclined surfaces as needed.
