Job Title: A&P Mechanic - Direct Placement in Seattle, WA Job Description
The Line Mechanics role is to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the PC-12 fleet. This includes conducting routine and special inspections as required and mandated by the FAA and manufacturers, troubleshooting and repairing damaged, worn, or defective aircraft, and assembling and installing mechanical and structural components and accessories. The mechanic will be responsible for on-time delivery, ensuring milestones and deadlines throughout the project are met, and ensuring the aircraft is properly protected. Proper procedures must be in place and followed to eliminate errors and incidents. Additionally, the mechanic will complete required paperwork including discrepancy records, inspections, checklists, parts status tags, MEL sign-offs, and work orders.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on PC-12 fleet.
- Conduct routine and special inspections as required by FAA and manufacturers.
- Troubleshoot and repair damaged, worn, or defective aircraft.
- Assemble and install mechanical and structural components and accessories.
- Ensure on-time delivery and that project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Ensure aircraft is properly protected and proper procedures are in place to eliminate errors and incidents.
- Complete required paperwork including discrepancy records, inspections, checklists, parts status tags, MEL sign-offs, and work orders.
Essential Skills- A&P license required.
- 2+ years recent PT-6 engine maintenance experience required.
- Must be eligible for FAA Safety-Sensitive hire.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- 2+ years recent Pilatus PC-12 maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience in aircraft maintenance, specifically with Pilatus PC-12, general aviation, and line maintenance.

Work Environment
Work will be conducted in a hangar and occasionally outdoors. Shifts are 8 or 10 hours during the day with occasional overtime. The location is at Boeing Field in South Seattle.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $108000.00/yr.
