As an A&P Mechanic, you will play a critical role in maintaining, repairing, and inspecting client aircraft to ensure optimal performance and safety. You will be responsible for executing aircraft maintenance in compliance with FAA regulations, company standards, and customer requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-performance aircraft in a collaborative and dynamic service center environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections on Dassault Falcon aircraft.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and avionics issues with precision and efficiency.
Utilize approved maintenance manuals, schematics, and technical data to ensure compliance with FAA regulations.
Conduct detailed inspections of aircraft systems, structures, and components to identify and address discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of work performed in accordance with company and FAA standards.
Operate tools, equipment, and test devices necessary for completing tasks safely and effectively.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality outcomes.
Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment by reporting hazards and following established procedures.
Requirements FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably on Dassault Falcon aircraft or other business jets.
Knowledge of aviation systems, including hydraulics, fuel systems, electrical systems, and avionics.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance directives.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Must pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
