VSpeed Aircraft Maintenance is a mobile aircraft maintenance company specializing in training and fleet aircraft. We’re building a professional, reliable maintenance operation designed around the pace and demands of flight training—helping keep aircraft safe, compliant, and ready to dispatch.
We’re looking for a motivated A&P Mechanic who wants more than just another wrench-turning job—someone who’s excited about helping build and shape a maintenance program the right way from the ground up.
As an A&P Mechanic with VSpeed, you’ll perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and fleet reliability work—often on-site in customer hangars. This role is ideal for a mechanic who wants the opportunity to take ownership, improve processes, and help build a scalable maintenance program that supports high-utilization aircraft.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs in accordance with FAA regulations and approved data
- Troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve squawks efficiently and professionally
- Support 100-hour / routine inspection workflows (training environment)
- Maintain accurate, clean documentation for all work performed
- Coordinate with customers to plan downtime and reduce repeat issues
- Help organize and standardize tools, consumables, and mobile workflow processes
- Assist in building a fleet-focused maintenance program (scheduling, repeat items, reliability improvements)
Why This Role Is Different
This is not a “clock in, clock out” maintenance job. This is an opportunity to help build:
> A professional maintenance program
> A fleet-reliability culture
> A growing operation with long-term career upside
If you’ve ever wanted a role where you can take ownership, build systems, and be part of something early—this is it.
