Job Title: A&P MechanicJob Description
Our client is seeking A&P Mechanics to work independently or as a team member performing inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on company aircraft, and primarily Cessna 402.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on company aircraft.
- Conduct daily inspections and scheduled/unscheduled flight maintenance.
- Perform phase inspections and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Utilize testing and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and repair aircraft issues.
- Work flexible schedules, including 1st or 2nd shift and weekends.
Essential Skills- Current A&P certificate
- Mechanical ability and aptitude
- Ability to test and troubleshoot aircraft systems
- Flexible schedule to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ownership of a basic set of aircraft maintenance tools
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Entry-level A&Ps are welcome to apply
- Preferred experience in aircraft maintenance (GA, military, or corporate)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to take instruction and guidance well
- Goal-oriented and capable of working well in team situations as well as individually
- Ability to read and write for documentation purposes

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $81120.00
