Job Description

Our client is seeking A&P Mechanics to work independently or as a team member performing inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on company aircraft, and primarily Cessna 402.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on company aircraft.
• Conduct daily inspections and scheduled/unscheduled flight maintenance.
• Perform phase inspections and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Utilize testing and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and repair aircraft issues.
• Work flexible schedules, including 1st or 2nd shift and weekends.

• Current A&P certificate
• Mechanical ability and aptitude
• Ability to test and troubleshoot aircraft systems
• Flexible schedule to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ownership of a basic set of aircraft maintenance tools

• Entry-level A&Ps are welcome to apply
• Preferred experience in aircraft maintenance (GA, military, or corporate)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to take instruction and guidance well
• Goal-oriented and capable of working well in team situations as well as individually
• Ability to read and write for documentation purposes

Work in a clean, climate-controlled hangar. Enjoy summers on Cape Cod and the ability to work on the entire plane, from nose to tail, unlike larger airlines where work may be limited to one area.

The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $81120.00
