As the A&P Mechanic Team Lead, you will be instrumental in steering the daily operations of our client's maintenance facility. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all maintenance operations on the shop floor.
- Train and mentor less experienced mechanics, fostering skill development.
- Ensure completion of all aircraft maintenance adhering to safety and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the director of maintenance and other staff for seamless operations.
- Address increasing maintenance needs as the fleet expands from 21 to 25 aircraft.
- Troubleshoot and repair general aviation aircraft focusing on avionics and sheet metal.
- Uphold compliance with FAA regulations and our client's policies.
