* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license required
* Minimum of 3 years of experience on turboprop aircraft, including Dash-8/King Air
* Valid Driver’s License required
* Able to read, interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance manuals, and procedure documentation
* Application of mathematical concepts, including proportions, percentages, area, circumference, volume, basic algebra, and geometry
* Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
* Precision-focused with strong attention to detail
* Apply structured reasoning to written, oral, or diagram-based instructions and resolve standardized issues
* Proficiency development with company technology and software systems Preferred Skills
* Familiarity with Boeing manuals
* Dash-8/King Air General Familiarization Course Certificate Job Duties & Functions
* Troubleshoot, repair, replace, and rebuild structural components and functional aircraft systems including rigging, flight controls, plumbing, and hydraulics
* Interpret OEM manuals, service bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, and technical specifications to determine maintenance procedures
* Inspect engines for damage, heat stress, security issues, and fluid leaks using visual and borescope methods
* Test engine performance to identify malfunctions and conduct operational evaluations
* Remove and reinstall engines while replacing worn or damaged components such as fuel controllers and starter/generators
* Perform functional checks and servicing tasks including fuel and oil filter changes, lubrication, wheel and tire maintenance, battery servicing, compressor washes, and sanitation servicing
* Complete aircraft documentation in accordance with repair station manuals, customer requirements, and approved task cards
* Travel periodically to domestic maintenance sites as required Physical Requirements & Environment
* Exposure to outdoor weather, moving mechanical systems, fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, vibration, and high noise levels
* Occasional exposure to explosive materials
* Wear required PPE including eye, hearing, foot, hand, and respiratory protection
* Climb ladders and stairs and work at heights above 30 feet
* Stand for extended periods and perform walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, talking, hearing, tasting, and smelling
* Lift and/or move up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
