Job Title: A&P Mechanic

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled A&P Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance mainly on Boeing 767s 300s, which are primarily Amazon cargo planes. You will ensure aircraft maintenance is performed in compliance with FAA, manufacturers, and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overhaul, maintenance, and repair of airframe components, powerplants, aircraft communication equipment, and associated components.
- Sign for work accomplished.
- Be constantly alert for defective, worn, or failed parts as well as safe working conditions.
- Perform housekeeping duties such as policing the work area or repair and maintenance of company property.
- Perform all tasks assigned by the Supervisor or higher management.
- Exercise authority under the RII provisions and be directly responsible to the Director of Quality Control.
- Attend all company training classes as assigned by the Director of Maintenance.
Qualifications:
- A&P License
- 2+ years of aircraft maintenance experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of aircraft maintenance on Boeing aircraft
- Heavy maintenance experience

Work Environment:
- Schedule operates on a 4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 4 days off rotation (Week 1: 1600-0400 Sun-Wed, Week 2: Sun-Tue)
- Work is primarily conducted outdoors
- Mechanics are required to bring their own basic set of tools and will work out of mobile cases or trucks
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
