Position: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor/Manager
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Pay Range: $35-$42 / hour
ROLE
As a licensed electrician and part of the Operations Team, the Manufacturing Maintenance Technician will lead electrical projects and preventative maintenance for Enstrom facilities and equipment.
TASKS
- Leads facility and equipment electrical projects and tasks; including specification, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair
- Leads preventative maintenance for facilities and equipment; including organization, inspection, lubrication and documentation; to improve safety, productivity and longevity
- Supports any facility or equipment maintenance project or task
- Complies with all electrical standards and codes
- Promotes and meets all safety requirements
- Promotes and demonstrates continuous improvement
- Supports off-shift and weekend work as required
- Performs other duties as required
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Electrical Journeyman License
- 3 years manufacturing equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair
- Experience with motor drives, process controllers, sensors and software (PLCs, etc.)
- Ability to follow National Electrical Code (NEC, NFPA 70) and OSHA safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret facility, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic drawings/schematics
- Demonstrated continuous improvement in manufacturing environment
- MS Office proficiency including Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Master Electrician License
- Experience using preventative maintenance software
- Proficiency using advanced troubleshooting tools such as signal generators and oscilloscopes
- Certificate or Associate’s degree in any mechanical, machine or manufacturing topic
- Familiarity with MIOSHA safety standards
