Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions

  • Greet and engage with all guests, specifically on the flight line and hangar spaces
  • Anticipate guests needs and respond promptly
  • Work closely with the Concierge team and Line Service Team to create a world-class experience for all guests:
    • Dispatch arrivals and departures
    • Oversee every aspect of aircraft readiness for guests and Cirrus personnel. Ensure aircraft are climate-controlled and provide departure amenities for guests in a timely manner.
    • Assist with wiping down aircraft as needed
  • Contribute customer stories in Salesforce to prepare for future visits
  • Potentially assist in the movement, servicing, and/or placing of aircraft.
  • Build and manage ramp hospitality procedures to provide an upscale, personalized experience for all inbound and outbound guests
  • Assist with placing and processing line service requests
  • Shuttle and escort customers to various buildings across campus, assist with Vision Center tours, and
  • Provide support for delivery personnel by assisting with lights, detailing, staging, and music on an as-needed basis
  • Provide coverage for the Flight Center Concierge, as needed.
  • Data entry work, specifically regarding SalesForce, Veryon, and internal weekly reports
  • Maintain clean hangar and aircraft standards
  • Energize the Cirrus Service Essentials
  • Strive to improve service performance and practices
  • Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.  Associates or bachelors in hospitality or aviation business preferred. 
  • 1-3 years customer service in hospitality and/or aviation operations experience required. 
  • Demonstrates professionalism 
  • Must be able to work as part of a team, as well as individually 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • Strong work ethics and initiative 
  • Detail-oriented 
  • Skilled in multi-tasking and critical thinking

Schedule: Typically Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM, some overtime and occasional weekends if necessary
