Job Description

Join a global air cargo logistics leader and best-in-class ground handling partner as a Warehouse Worker. This role involves handling cargo containers, moving boxes, and repacking cargo for distribution and loading onto planes. The position requires teamwork, physical stamina, and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Handle and repack cargo containers for distribution.
• Move and lift boxes weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Assemble and break down boxes.
• Work in a team environment.
• Stand on feet for extended periods.
• Perform inventory management tasks.
• Operate forklifts, pick, sort, pack, and package items.
• Use RF scanners for inventory tracking.

• No prior experience needed.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Regular and timely attendance.
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 30-70 lbs.
• Capability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Steel-toed boots required (must cover the ankle).
• Pass TSA/Homeland Security check.
• Pass Non-DOT drug screen.

Work Environment

The position is based in a warehouse at an airport, involving unloading aircraft and categorizing products. The operation runs 24 hours, with shifts including early mornings and late evenings. Candidates must be flexible with shifts, which change approximately every three months based on plane schedules. Weekend and holiday work is required. Overtime opportunities are available.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
