Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Customer Support Associate with strong computer skills and a high sense of ownership and urgency. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills. You will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate inventory control and efficient material flow.
Responsibilities
- Pull parts to fulfill work orders using RF Guns for inventory control.
- Collaborate with Production Control, Production, Material Planning, and other departments to ensure SAP and actual inventories are synchronized.
- Perform cycle counting and stock material.
- Ensure material is available for Repair Orders and Sales Orders.
- Work cross-functionally to fulfill parts orders for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.
Essential Skills- Strong computer skills
- Experience with RF Guns for inventory control
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems, SAP, ERP systems, and Oracle
- Proficiency in data entry and inventory control
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Understanding of warehouse safety regulations
Additional Skills & Qualifications- High school diploma or GED
- Previous warehouse experience
- Physical dexterity and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Experienced using ERP or Warehouse management systems.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
