Job Title: Tool Prep - $20 -$22/hr Weekly Pay Job Description
The Tool Prep role involves receiving tools from the production process and preparing them for reentry into production. This preparation includes removing resin buildup, sanding tool surfaces smooth, repairing blemishes with resin, sealing, and applying release to molds to ensure they are ready for production.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor, including sanding and working with chemicals using proper personal protective equipment.
- Apply release agents to molds following safety standards.
- Follow training and directions from leads or supervisors.
- Adhere to company safety standards.
Essential Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of stable employment history preferred.
- Experience with hand tools or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Aerospace experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products.
- Ability to read engineering blueprints and manufacturing orders.
- Fluent communication in English.

- Part-time, full-time, or temporary employment status possible.
- Minor traveling may be required.
- Protracted or irregular hours may be required.
- Potential relocation to another facility.

Pay and Benefits
