Job Description:

Under the direction and leadership of the Industrialization Supervisor, the Tool Crib Attendant is responsible for safely and efficiently managing Production Tool and Equipment Inventory. This position is located at our Calgary, AB manufacturing facility.Key ResponsibilitiesIssue and maintain tool and equipment records for parts that leave and are returned to inventoryTool calibration, repairs, and replacement processesWork with procurement team to order out of stock tools and parts and ensure stock is in placeReceive, unpack, and store incoming tools/equipment and requisitions stock to replenish inventoryInspect and measure tools and equipment for defects and wearLocate lost or misplaced tools and equipment, as requiredTracking all relevant warehouse and inventory information with a Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) system and/or an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SystemConduct audits to ensure accuracy of physical inventoryAdditional tasks as required QualificationsMinimum 2-3 years of related work experienceDemonstrated teamwork skills; willingness and personality suited to work in a team-oriented environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills (English)Valid Material Handling Equipment Ticket an asset (SDCB, High Reach, Power Walkie, or other MHE as required by operations) - willing to be trained as neededWarehouse experience is an assetExperience with using MRP or ERP systems is an assetProficient in using a computer and MS office suiteGeneral inventory skillsA positive attitude with excellent customer service and organization skillsMust have and maintain the ability to legally work in Canada
