What are your contributions to the team?
- Manage and validate Notifications of Change (NOC) submissions from suppliers ensuring accurate documentation, prioritization and communication across internal teams.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with other ASM Agents, Buyers, and Supply Chain Agents to maintain compliance and minimize disruption to operations with regards to NOC submissions
- Validate NOC submission details from supplier (emails and attachments)
- Check / verify vendor and part information in SAP and Sharepoint
- Identify impacted sites, programs and assign Green/Completion triage board review
- Upload and share checklist with stakeholders and follow up status
- Close NOC submissions in Sharepoint after disposition sign-off
- Support Special Projects
- Track and report KPI’s
- Maintain meeting agendas / meeting minutes
How to thrive in this role?
Essential skills needed:
- Knowledge of SAP, Sharepoint, and Lean DNA
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines (Time Management)
- Familiarity with aerospace industry and supply chain management
- Strong communication skills and follow-up skills
- Project Management or Configuration Management experience
- Proficiency if MS Office tools
As our ideal candidate,
- You must hold a bachelors degree in business, supply chain management or similar; additional education or certifications are welcome
- You have more than 3 years of experience in Project or Configuration Management roles
- You have solid organizational skills to consolidate submission observations and record crucial information relating to configuration change requests
- You have excellent relationship management skills, communication and collaboration skills
- You are proficient with knowledge of MS Office applications (including SharePoint, Excel and Word)
- You are able to work in both English and French on a daily basis
- You are able to travel for work when required
- You are able to work at one of our Montreal facilities on a weekly basis as per Policy
