Manufacturing / Production Operator

Contract Position

$19.13-$24.13/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex production tasks, including repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations on electronic and mechanical subassemblies (e.g., modules, boards, panels, and cables).
• Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and follow established methods, techniques, and sequences for wiring, component installation, soldering, and cable harnessing.
• Integrate subassemblies into final hardware and perform final assembly on small systems.
• Conduct basic electrical testing, rework, and refurbishment of hardware and systems.
• Ensure compliance with production standards using Bills of Material (BOM), inspection criteria, and work order tracking systems.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant production or assembly experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of polarity, Bills of Material (BOM), and work order tracking systems.
  • Experience with measuring equipment and basic mathematical concepts.
  • Ability to perform soldering, wiring, and cable harnessing.
