JOB TITLE: Shipping and Receiving Assistant

PAY RATE: $18.86/hour

Qualifying Questions:
Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations? Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role? Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?
Summary:
Perform both manual and clerical duties for shipping and receiving operations.
Use computer systems to track, log, verify, and report shipment and inventory data.
Process freight bills, packing slips, and other shipment documents.
Collect, scan, and upload receiving documents into a shared operating system.
Follow internal document retention procedures accurately.
Assist with general clerical tasks and inventory stocking as needed.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of hands-on receiving experience.
Strong attention to detail with experience in documentation retention practices.
Familiarity with shipping/receiving procedures and inventory control.
Comfortable using basic computer systems for logging and reporting data.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
