Contract Position

$35.89-$43.93/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, disassemble, and modify aerospace systems, replacing or upgrading components to address failures or implement updates.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate faults.
• Conduct validation/verification testing for systems and components to ensure flight worthiness.
• Document procedures and processes to meet contractual and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Inspect and verify repairs meet flight standards.
• Configure aerospace vehicles and test equipment, and oversee assembly, disassembly, and overhauls.
• Train team members and work under general supervision.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Proficiency in close tolerance drilling.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on military fighter platforms (e.g., F-16, F-18, F-22, F-5, F-14, or F-15).
  • Security clearance obtained within the past 2 years.
  • Experience in aircraft modifications.
