Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly, disassembly, and modification of aerospace systems by upgrading, changing, or replacing vehicle components to correct failures or implement improvements.
• Configure aerospace vehicles and operate bench test equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, isolating and repairing faults.
• Conduct validation/verification testing of systems and components.
• Document procedures and maintain compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Inspect components to verify repairs meet flight-worthiness standards.
• Oversee and support training initiatives.
• Work under general direction to execute tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED combined with 4+ years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in aircraft maintenance, including the installation, routing, and termination of wire harnesses.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with military fighter platforms (e.g., F-16, F-18, F-22, F-5, F-14, or F-15).
  • Security clearance within the past 2 years.
  • Experience with aircraft modification.
  • Proficiency in handling, installing, and testing fiber optics.
