Arconic is currently in search of Paint Material Coordinator to join our Building and Construction Team in Springdale, Arkansas.

Job Duties:
- Coordinate entry of metal into the Paint department from the Age Oven, (PFS) Pull From Stock, Receiving, and other areas within the plant
- Direct the flow of metal within the Paint department to appropriate areas (Pre-Treat, Reduction, Load)
- 1st contact for scheduling and metal availability within the Paint department. Special attention to be given to the pretreat operation. Work with Inventory coordinator as needed to ensure this process provides an adequate supply of material to the load area
- Coordinate activities daily with the Paint Scheduler for schedule revisions.
- Work closely with QA insuring quality standards are met – incoming and outgoing product, tollgates, etc.
- Maintain rework process
- Maintain appropriate paperwork/filing (brake packets, data sheets, etc.)
- Maintain color chip standards by keeping them organized and attached to proper jobs
- Area lead (1st contact) for Load/Unload/Pretreat areas
- Work in liaison with other Paint Material Coordinators to execute inventory/accuracy of inventory information
- Acting department lead as needed
- Support for production operations in Loading/Unloading/Pre-Treat/Reduction
- 1st contact liaison between paint and other departments in the plant
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

- The employee is required to follow all Health & Safety requirements listed in the applicable procedure & work instructions.
- JD Edwards experience
- Basic Computer skills
Physical Demands:
Must be able to regularly perform moderate to heavy lifting.
