Tasks
- Ensure smooth execution of all logistics related processes during an aircraft overhaul event for Lufthansa Airlines (LHA)
- Coordination of the material and information flow for the defined work package, ensuring material availability for required material
- Acting as focal point for Base Maintenance Planning, Engineering, Materials and Logistics and on-site airline material representatives for supply chain related matters
- Remotely monitor and advise on-site airline material representatives and act as first level of escalation. Reporting to the responsible Supply Chain Manager and LHA Project Manager
- Responsible for monitoring material supply and return performance KPIs
- Replace CSM Coordinators for LHA projects, if needed
- Taking special tasks and working in projects

Requirements
- University degree with focus on supply chain, business administration, economics, or business engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain function of an international organization, professional experience in materials management or Airline Industry would be an advantage
- Excellent organizational, intercultural and communication skills
- Analytical and conceptual thinking, ability to manage complexity
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility, proactiveness and high level of engagement
- Willingness to adjust working hours according to business needs
- Ability to generate new ideas and identify potential for improvement within own area of work
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good computer skills (MS Office), experience with ERP systems, experience with AMOS
