Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for multiple work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production, and quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyzing specification prints and drawings to gain a thorough understanding of requirements
• Maintaining daily production KPIs
• Delegating workflow
• Escalate opportunities and concerns to supervisor
• Able to load programs into machines and light editing (if needed)
• Setting up equipment required to complete each step of the manufacturing plan
• Operating equipment to carry out each step correctly
• Monitoring the production process and intervening when problems arise
• Inspecting finished parts for flaws and defects
• Maintaining equipment
• Run CNC programs to produce parts to dimensional/tolerance requirements
• Participate in brainstorming / problem solving with Engineering & Production personnel to solve related problems
• Perform preventative maintenance to equipment
• Working knowledge of various measuring gages: calipers, micrometers, pin gages, dial indicator, screw pitch gage, height gage, and comparator stand/gage
- Ability to interact effectively with peers, management, manufacturing personnel, and both technical and non-technical people

The annual base salary range for this positionis <$min 62,300 -$mid 77,900>. Please note that this salary information serves as ageneral guideline. YOU MUST HAVE
• High School Diploma
• Completion of a CNC Machinist apprenticeship
