Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Support stocking of component engine parts from New Make and Consignment materials.
Picking and swapping of component engine parts for shipment.
Ensure parts send in for stocking from shop and paperwork associated with the parts is complete.
Perform all required transactions for material transfer.
Perform cycle-count and Annual Physical Inventory
Liaise and coordinate with other functional departments to ensure timely closure of customer orders.
Support and perform Inbound Receiving scope for Repair parts.
Support and perform Outbound shipment scope for Repair parts.
Qualifications/Requirements:
O’ Level/ Nitec with Experience in Shipping or Equivalent and
Basic command of written and spoken English
Fast learner
Able to work under pressure
Able to carry heavy load
Desired characteristics:
Forklift license
Knowledge in Inventory Management
Basic knowledge in IT (e.g. Microsoft Office)
Able to operate Automated Storage Retrieval System/Lean Lift for parts storage and retrieval
Effective communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet the delivery requirements
Able to work with a Quality mind
A team player
