Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Job DescriptionThe Logistics Coordinator will manage day-to-day logistics, processing, and outbound activities for medium to large-sized tooling. This role is integral to ensuring smooth operations and maintaining inventory levels.
Responsibilities
- Assist in logistics, processing, and outbound activities for large to medium-sized tooling.
- Manage inventory using SAP.
- Stage repairs and kit materials for technicians.
- Conduct prechecks and minor quality inspections of incoming tools.
- Forecast tool requirements and ensure inventory is adequately stocked.
- Communicate effectively with the supply chain team to maintain workflow.
Essential Skills- Experience in logistics and warehouse operations including inventory, shipping, and receiving.
- Proficiency in SAP or ERP systems.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, typing, email, and Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Sit-down forklift experience is a plus.

Work Environment
The work environment is a warehouse setting alongside technicians located at the back of the shop. The work shift is from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sterling, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
