Job Title: Logistics Compliance AuditorJob Description
As a Logistics Compliance Auditor, you will be responsible for auditing export and import invoices for tariffs on aircraft components. Your daily tasks will include auditing past invoices, reconciling invoices, and creating spreadsheets for aircraft component invoices that were assessed with tariffs.
Responsibilities
- Audit export and import invoices for tariffs on aircraft components.
- Reconcile past invoices.
- Create and manage spreadsheets for aircraft component invoices with tariffs.
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations and policies.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping, and receiving.
Essential Skills- Experience in inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
- Proficiency in trade compliance and tariff audits.
- Strong auditing skills in shipping and receiving records related to exports and imports.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
- Knowledge of logistics in the aerospace and aviation sectors.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience auditing invoicing in an aviation, aerospace, or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Work Environment
Work in a structured environment with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
