Job Title: Inventory Specialist
Job DescriptionThe Inventory Specialist will play a vital role in the Supply Chain department, collaborating closely with the Inventory and Shipping teams. This position involves managing the movement and staging of raw materials and finished products within Oracle, ensuring seamless integration into production processes.
Responsibilities
- Receive, stage, and log raw materials into Oracle.
- Retrieve raw materials from various storage locations for the Production team and record the movement in Oracle.
- Stock partially completed products from the Production group into the correct lot and document the stocking in Oracle.
- Provide partially completed products to the Production group for finalization before shipment and log the movement in Oracle.
- Receive completed products from the Production group, stage them prior to shipment, and record the staging in Oracle.
- Package finished products for shipment and coordinate with various ground carriers for pickup.
- Create raw material kits for production, especially those requiring numerous hardware components.
- Assemble external installation kits to accompany finished products.
- Conduct cycle counts of raw materials.
- Alert Supply Chain leadership of any raw material shortages to prevent production interruptions.
Essential Skills- 1+ years of experience with Inventory control in a production environment.
- Experience in cycle counting and S/R receiving.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory tracking, with Oracle experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, including data entry and spreadsheet creation.
- Experience working in a regulated environment is preferred.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use step stools and rolling ladders.

Work Environment
The role operates within a small, climate-controlled assembly shop, offering a 4-day, 10-hour work schedule, typically Tuesday to Friday. The start time is flexible before 7:30 am, with the workday concluding after 3:30 pm upon completing the 10-hour day. While overtime is possible, it is based on production schedules and volumes. The Inventory Specialist will interact with the Inventory Lead, Inventory Techs, S/R Techs, and report to the Supply Chain Manager. Work primarily occurs in a staging area, involving frequent movement, including climbing step stools and rolling ladders, and handling raw materials and partially finished products.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
