Tasks
- Daily goods receiving of customer materials
- Request daily material consumption list from AC maintenance organization
- On a daily basis book customer material consumption data in respective IT system
- Request actual material consumption list from AC maintenance organization
- Prepare report for serviceable materials on stock based on provided consumption reports by AC maintenance organization
- Book out materials from the respective IT system
- Upload return AWB information in respective IT system
- Perform daily check of component materials, booked and ready for return from store
- Prepare material report for specific AC
- Print material documentation and provide it to AC maintenance organization
- Participate in virtual teammetings (if necessary)

Requirements
- University degree in relevant area (logistics or purchasing preferred)
- Basic knowledge of material processing (receiving, issuing, stock levels of materials)
- Basic knowledge of logistics (physical logistics, transport, planning and purchasing) processes
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Computer literate
- Basic experience with material resource planning systems, preferably SAP / AMOS
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills
- Technical affinity
- Ability to work independently
- Flexibility according to workload during the project phases
- Cultural competence
- Competence to work in virtual teams
