During your internship, you will contribute to:
- Working closely with the Employee Communications team to define and execute communication plans and strategies.
- Executing projects, such as creating emails, content for on-site televisions, writing and formatting articles in Canva.
- Writing emails, speaking notes, FAQs, and presentations to engage and mobilize our employees.
- Conducting interviews, interacting with employees, and writing compelling stories and announcements, including articles for our internal magazine.
- Conducting various research assignments and analyzing data.
- Helping coordinate and promote employee events.
- Proofreading texts, interact with other members of the communications and operations team to coordinate translations or filming, and participate in special projects.
What we are looking for:
- Are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a major in communications, HR, public relations, journalism, political science or equivalent discipline.
- Communicate very well in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Are eager to learn and have a winning attitude.
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented and motivated.
- Are able to follow instructions and quickly assimilate information.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Suite Office and Canva.
- Are comfortable learning and using new information tools.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
