Interior modification and upgrade of 737MAX aircraft for an airline customer. Responsibilities include removing seats, cabinets, sidewalls, panels, and other interior equipment; inspecting and repairing installation brackets and related assemblies; and installing seats, galleys/lavs, panels, and other components to complete the upgrade program. This program begins in November 2023 and is expected to run through Q3 2025, with modifications scheduled for 240 aircraft, each taking approximately 8 days.

Responsibilities

• Remove seats, cabinets, sidewalls, panels, and other interior equipment.
• Inspect and repair installation brackets and related assemblies.
• Install seats, galleys/lavs, panels, and other components.
• Run new wiring from the flight deck to E bay and through ceilings and sidewalls.
• Replace interior components such as sidewalls and bins, ceiling panels, raceways, part of the galley, carpet, and cockpit seats.
• Coordinate with Avionics technicians for wiring and testing/terminating.

• 4+ years of aircraft interiors removal and installation experience.
• Experience with tools, installation, repair, upholstery, cabinets, interior, lavatory, galley, and seats.
• A&P license or airframe license.

• Airframe license preferred.
• Experience with 737MAX or other next-gen commercial aircraft preferred.
• Must have a minimum tool list attached.
• Must be open to weekend 2nd shift.

This opportunity offers 1.5 years of steady work with per diem available, ensuring job stability and financial support.

Work Environment

Work in a large MRO hangar setting on a Thur-Sunday 2nd shift from 1530 to 0200. The first week will include ATS and customer-specific training on the day shift, ranging between 24 and 40 hours.
