This role involves the interior modification and upgrade of corporate and business aircraft for customers. You will be responsible for removing seats, cabinets, sidewalls, panels, and other interior equipment; inspecting and repairing installation brackets and related assemblies. You will also install seats, galleys, lavatories, panels, and more to complete the upgrade program.

Responsibilities

• Remove and replace all seats, most sidewalls, bins, ceiling panels, raceways, part of galley, carpet, and cockpit seats.
• Utilize blueprints and hand and power tools for installation and removal processes.
• Ensure all modifications are completed according to specifications.
• Work closely with Avionics technicians for wiring and testing.

• 2+ years of recent aircraft interiors removal and installation experience.
• Proficiency in working from blueprints.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of aircraft, aviation, corporate, Hawker, airframe, installation, interior finishing, repair, upholstery, cabinetry, and interior trim.

• 3+ years of aircraft interiors installation experience.
• Airframe license preferred but not required.
• Must possess personal tools.

Work Environment

Work is conducted in a FAR-145 Repair Station/corporate service center, where youll be part of a skilled team dedicated to high-quality aircraft interior upgrades.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windsor Locks, Connecticut.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
