Job Title: Interior Technician
Job DescriptionThis role involves the interior modification and upgrade of corporate and business aircraft for customers. You will be responsible for removing seats, cabinets, sidewalls, panels, and other interior equipment; inspecting and repairing installation brackets and related assemblies. You will also install seats, galleys, lavatories, panels, and more to complete the upgrade program.
Responsibilities
- Remove and replace all seats, most sidewalls, bins, ceiling panels, raceways, part of galley, carpet, and cockpit seats.
- Utilize blueprints and hand and power tools for installation and removal processes.
- Ensure all modifications are completed according to specifications.
- Work closely with Avionics technicians for wiring and testing.
Essential Skills- 2+ years of recent aircraft interiors removal and installation experience.
- Proficiency in working from blueprints.
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of aircraft, aviation, corporate, Hawker, airframe, installation, interior finishing, repair, upholstery, cabinetry, and interior trim.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- 3+ years of aircraft interiors installation experience.
- Airframe license preferred but not required.
- Must possess personal tools.

Work Environment
Work is conducted in a FAR-145 Repair Station/corporate service center, where youll be part of a skilled team dedicated to high-quality aircraft interior upgrades.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windsor Locks, Connecticut.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
