How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) Financial Reporting is seeking a Specialist to assist with the companys financial close, fixed assets, leases, and fleet accounting process. The successful candidate will assist with:Internal and External reporting processes including monthly preparation and quality control of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow), internal reporting packages, and 10Q/10K disclosuresMonthly close activities including journal entries, general ledger research, preparation of fleet summaries for leadership, capitalized interest, and internal control reportingAccounting for various fleet related transactions, including purchases and leasesCoordinating with TechOps to forecast and account for fleet modificationsPreparation and review of quarterly audit requestsPreparation of account reconciliationsMaintenance of the SAP general ledger and HFM consolidation systemAd hoc analyses and asset transacting in SAP

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Minimum of four years of relevant experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe candidate should also possess a proven ability to work in a team environment and should be detail-oriented; deadline-focused, proactive, and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyConsistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
