Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier work movements, ensuring quality and on-time delivery through risk mitigation and performance tracking.
• Lead efforts to establish executable plans, monitor supplier performance, and resolve supply chain issues related to technical and non-technical work movements.
• Collaborate with procurement agents, suppliers, and internal teams to report status, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support supplier assessments and develop recovery plans to ensure capacity and capability for current and future work.
• Provide technical assistance in manufacturing and planning to align with delivery schedules and product standards.
• Monitor and manage supplier metrics and ensure compliance with established processes and contractual requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements in areas such as lean manufacturing, production prioritization, and supply chain efficiency.
• Facilitate work movements through planning, scheduling, risk management, and project close-out.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred).
• Project Management Certification (preferred).
• 7+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors or factory operations.
• 3+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action.
• 5+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and Procurement processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier assessments, and risk mitigation planning.
• Experience with scheduling, production control systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and negotiation capabilities.
• Credit check required.
