Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking experienced Procurement Agents (Level 3 or 4) to join the Aircraft, Materials and Structures (AM&S) team located in Everett, WA.
Position Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Develops procurement and supply chain solutions and contracting strategies for the Detailed Parts or Electrical Team in the Aircraft, Materials and Structures (AM&S) organization.
- Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
- Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.
- Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
- Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
- Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
- 3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
- 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
- Bachelors Degree or higher
- Proficient in presenting to leadership
- Proficient with work transfers/cross loads

Level 3 Summary Pay Range: $96,000 – 112,000
Level 4 Summary Pay Range: $123, 000 - 144,000
