Tasks

Providing support for operational procurement processes (Procure-to-Order, P2O)
Assisting in the coordination, preparation, and distribution of internal and external communications
Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

Good command of English (min. B2 level)
Knowledge of German (min. B1 level)
Preferably student of Logistics, Economics or related
Good command of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)
Strong learning agility with the ability to quickly acquire and apply new processes
High level of digital literacy, including confident use of various digital tools and systems
Proactive attitude combined with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
