Pay Rate: $44.29 to $55.60 per hour
Role Overview:
Are you a detail-oriented financial professional ready to play a critical role in the aerospace industry? PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team at a leading aerospace company in Tukwila, WA. In this impactful role, you’ll be responsible for developing resource forecasts, financial performance reports, and analysis that drive the success of complex aerospace programs. Your expertise will directly influence key business decisions and provide insights that shape the financial future of our contracts and programs.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain Budgets: Establish baseline budgets for newly awarded contract efforts, ensuring financial accuracy and alignment.
Forecasting & EACs: Develop and update Estimates at Completion (EACs) and resource forecasts for various control accounts, functions, and programs.
Data Analysis: Initiate variance analyses and provide management with insights into financial performance, offering recommendations for future projections.
Performance Reporting: Compile data from multiple sources to generate performance reports, including cost/schedule performance measurement baselines and earned value analysis.
CSPR/Cobra Maintenance: Manage and update CSPR/Cobra tables, ensuring data integrity and timeliness.
Contract Deliverables: Support the development and submission of CDRLs, including CFSR, CSDR, and CPR.
Cash Monitoring: Oversee funding status, track cash flow, and manage canceling funds to ensure optimal financial health of the program.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (advanced skills in Pivot Tables and Excel Formula Functions).
Familiarity with CSPR/Cobra, IRE, and EAS for data management and reporting.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and its application to financial analysis.
Estimate at Completion (EAC) Development experience to support program forecasting and financial planning.
CDRL Development Experience including the creation and submission of contract deliverables.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex financial data.
