The role we offer you:
- Responsible for the accounting and analysis of share-based compensation programs, including stock options, PSUs, RSUs and DSUs
- Prepare the annual notes to the financial statements
- Propose and implement improvements to the existing share-based compensation process
- Prepare consolidation journal entries for pension plans and cash flow statement
- Participate in the preparation of the annual defined benefits pension plans financial statements
- Participate in the preparation of the budget and monthly forecasts
- Assist with treasury accounting related tasks when necessary
- Respond to ad hoc requests
The enthusiast we are looking for has:
- a university degree in accounting or finance
- a recognized accounting designation completed or in the process of being completed considered an asset
- a minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Advanced skills in excel
- Knowledge of Oracle and HFM systems considered an asset
- Experience with stock based compensation and pension plans considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills and thorough, detail-oriented work approach
- is bilingual (French and English)
