Role Overview:
Supporting the overall FP&A and customer invoicing process for Malaysia overhaul shop in achieving financial and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Perform monthly/quarterly forecasting process on P&L. Continuously improve the forecasting model to minimize variances between actual and estimates.
Review P&L and perform engine profitability analysis during monthly closing process
Supporting the Inventory reporting/forecasting.
Drive direct labour productivity working along with operation team, providing in depth analysis and quantify opportunities.
Monthly/Quarterly reporting of financials to both Headquarter (HQ) and Operations.
Provide analytics to highlight business performance drivers and develop processes to mitigate risks while capitalizing on opportunities, collaborate with various stakeholders to manage cost and meet financial metrics.
Work with various departments to ensure robust processes in place for accurate, complete and timely of issuance of customer invoices.
Initiate simplification, lean and other improvements projects within finance as well as work with operations to streamline business processes.
Drive implementation of HQ driven initiatives.

They possess a solid foundation in FP&A, financial reporting, and forecasting, with proven experience in partnering cross-functionally to influence business decisions. A strong communicator and problem-solver, the candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and demonstrates the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Finance or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of Finance work experience, prior experience in FP&A is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
