Finance Intern
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own reporting, variance analysis, and journal entries relating to variable cost.
- Support operations team with data analysis, responding to financial inquires, reporting, and decision support as needed.
- Assist in inventory counts and performing inventory reconciliations.
- Own automation process of daily reporting to maximize efficiency.
- Prepare month end balance sheet reconciliations.
- Learn about internal controls and aide in preparation of SOX tests.
- Assist with the preparation and review of company financial statements and statistical reporting.
- Ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
- Perform all aspects of the position according to the PCC Code of Conduct and SOX guidelines.
Required Skills and Experience Education:
- Good working knowledge of all MS Office applications.
- High level of self-motivation to perform and succeed.
- The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
