Tasks
What You’ll Do:
- Manage corporate tax filings, audits, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Stay ahead of tax and legal updates; coordinate changes with finance teams
- Collaborate with tax advisors and support on audits, refunds, and legal cases
- Monitor financial and legal risks; perform internal control checks
- Ensure banking and treasury compliance, including liquidity and account management
- Oversee business admin tasks (e.g. company registration, GDPR, e-signatures)
- Act as liaison with law firms and authorities; support legal case tracking
- Support procurement and emergency financial processes
- Share financial data with global teams to ensure accurate reporting
- Mentor junior colleagues and drive process improvements
- Follow internal frameworks (e.g. G-FAM, ICS, Compliance) and adapt to local regulations
Requirements
The ideal Finance Expert should meet the following requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Finance, Taxation, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and SAP systems
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
