The Product Support Program Area in the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area has an exciting opportunity for an entry level Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst. In this role, you will support International Global Patriot programs. These are Inter-Organizational Transfer (IOT) contracts, with Raytheon business as the primary customer.

This role is being offered in an onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work is preferred at the McKinney, TX location. Andover, MA may be considered. Relocation assistance is not being provided.

What You Will Do:

• Partner with Supply Chain, Raytheon Customer and Program Manager to ensure flawless execution of the programs

• Maintain the cost and schedule baseline, identify risk and opportunities that affect cost and/or schedule

• Prepare and analyze the Estimate-at-Completion (EAC)

• Analyze monthly financial data

• Prepare monthly forecasts/budgets

• Analyze staffing requirements

• Identify opportunities to improve financial returns

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field & less than 2 years work experience

• Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) concepts

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and/or Word

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

• Shows initiative by seeking ways to improve processes and data analysis

• Experience with application of EVMS, finance principles, concepts, practices, and standards

• Knowledge of RPlan, BW, APEX, PRISM

• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to flexibly work in a fast-paced changing environment and manage multiple priorities

• Demonstrates ability to meet critical deadlines

• Excellent data consolidation skills

• Ability to quickly learn & utilize management systems and tools

• Independent and self-motivated with minimal supervision required

• Ability to communicate effectively & work with multiple levels of management

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
