Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Consolidate monthly WF analysis at Plant level, driving variance analysis by shop
Monitor performance KPIs and targets, ensuring the alignment with costs and efficiency
Monitor and analyze production requirements
Plan and forecast shops needs to ensure proper and optimized level of utilization of the workforce
Support Manufacturing Target Cost definition during cost estimation
Learn and apply technical method to measure routing time with stopwatch
Analyze Hourly Direct/Indirect activities, and provide criteria for definition of the workforce needs
Learn how to consolidate the Hourly Strategic Workforce Planning
Qualifications/Requirements
Degree in Engineering from an accredited University (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial degree is preferred)
High Proficiency in computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to read and understand engineering drawing & technical specifications
Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
Proven analytical and organizational ability
Fluent Italian and good English Knowledge
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
