What are your contributions to the team?
In your role with the Customer service team, you will be responsible for:
- Several aircraft systems, recognize problems and propose corrective action for issues requiring technical solutions, taking into consideration financial impact for the customer and Bombardier
- Responsible for several aircraft systems of the Global Express 5500 and 6500 and Challenger CL350/650
- Interact with technical experts in various Operations and Engineering disciplines
- Work closely with the Bombardier Engineering, Program Office and Customer Support teams for aircraft modifications
- Produce / validate technical documents for internal and externals customers (service bulletins, presentations, troubleshooting plans, etc.).
- Support both internal stakeholders and aircraft operators
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
- College diploma in aircraft mechanics with expertise on the electrical systems or university degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of aircraft systems (notably air, pneumatic, fuel, electrical and fire protection systems)
- At least five (5) years of hands-on and relevant experience in aerospace.
- Excellent knowledge of aircraft systems
- Experience on the Global Express and Challenger aircraft is a considerable asset.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Lotus Notes
- Good English and French communication skills.
- Must be a team player, customer focused and shows initiative.
- Must be available to travel sometimes under short notice.
