  • Identify opportunities for improvement in equipment reliability, labor utilization, and machine efficiency.
  • Create data-driven insights to be read-across to other departments and divisions to make informed decisions regarding equipment selection, utilization, OEE, and Total Cost of Ownership

Leadership and Influence:

  • Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements and complexity.
  • Influence stakeholders across the organization, guiding them to consider alternative perspectives and adopt TPM practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to model GE Behaviors: Respect for People, Continuous Improvement and Customer Driven—with unyielding integrity.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of delivering sustainable outcomes.

  • Customer-focused with a demonstrated sense of urgency.
  • Impactful communicator capable of engaging stakeholders from the shop floor to the boardroom.
  • Expertise in applying lean principles in both transactional and shop floor environments, including standardized work, material and information flows, Maintenance excellence, and holistic operational excellence.
