* A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
* A minimum of 9 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Prior systems engineering experience, including system design, functional decomposition, requirements development, analysis, verification, and validation.
* Must be a U.S. Citizen. Preferred Skills
* Leadership experience, including engineering leadership roles or leading teams to achieve project objectives. Job Duties & Functions
* Lead cross-functional teams to define and maintain system requirements, interfaces, behaviors, and verification requirements.
* Apply interdisciplinary and collaborative approaches to plan, design, develop, and verify complex system solutions.
* Evaluate customer and operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements and integrate technical parameters across physical, functional, and program interfaces.
* Develop, manage, and validate system requirements, including technical specifications and supplier requirements, to ensure compliance with program standards.
* Conduct design reviews and technical assessments to ensure system performance and reliability.
* Support development, maintenance, and improvement of requirements management processes, tools, risk management, issue resolution, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processes.
