Right now the company is experiencing exciting growth across the country and we are looking for smart and energised systems engineers to join the Short Range Ground Based Air Defence (SRGBAD) Support program based at the Centre for Joint Integration facility in Mawson Lakes. The SRGBAD Support program manages leading-edge defence equipment for the Australian Army’s air defence capability, continually developing new enhancements to maintain the Army’s technological edge in the air defence capability domain.
As the Systems Engineer for the Sense and Warn Systems you will be responsible for supporting the ongoing operation and continuing development of the Electro-Optic Instrumentation and Warning systems fielded as part of the Army’s Enhanced NASAMS Capability.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the team to review Technical Information received from internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct Technical Investigations and provide recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop capability growth options for the Sense and Warn equipment
- Develop engineering design changes to the SRGBAD Mission System.
- Support the team in development of and conduct of integration and verification test programs.
- Undertake travel to meet the requirements of the role including within Australia and internationally.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Requires University Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years’ prior relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Infra-red Imaging and laser systems desirable
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering Lifecycle desirable.
