Job Type: Contract (6 months with potential for extension)

Clearance: Secret Clearance required to start

Shift: Variable; must be available for 24/7 on-call rotation, weekends, and OT as needed

Summary:

Perform structural analysis (static strength, durability/fatigue, damage tolerance) using classical methods and tools.

Develop, integrate, and document structural requirements and test plans.

Support repair design, service bulletin development, and failure investigations.

Provide temporary/permanent repair options while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations.

Define and document certification and test results for customers and regulatory agencies.

Lead process improvements, mentor peers, and coordinate across teams.

Requirements:

Secret Clearance required to start

Bachelors degree in Engineering.

7+ years of experience in structural analysis.

7+ years with structural methods and repair principles (stress analysis, fatigue/corrosion, statics, materials, repair techniques, damage tolerance).

Experience with aircraft models.

Ability to support variable shifts and 24/7 on-call rotation.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
